Digital Products — All Sales Final

All products sold on johnproulx.com are digital downloads delivered electronically. Because of the instant-access nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed and the file has been made available for download.

Exceptions — We’re Here to Help

We want every customer to have a great experience. If any of the following apply to your order, please reach out and we’ll make it right:

Corrupted file: If your download is damaged or unreadable, we’ll provide a replacement right away.

Download not working: If you’re unable to access or download your file after purchase, contact us and we’ll resolve it promptly.

Wrong file delivered: If you received a file different from what you ordered, we’ll send you the correct one immediately.

Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, we’ll refund the duplicate charge.
